DNA Sample collection by the doctor is strictly by appointment. Walk ins acceptable only when buying a kit for your own home sample collection where applicable. Please note that in addition to purchasing a DNA kit ,there will be an extra charge to see the doctor for sample collection. Should you buy a home collection kit it is your responsibility to bring it back to the applicable address for testing purposes.
